Meet Rod Thompson

Rod founded Sportscapers in 1997 after realizing how few Texas contractors understood sports-specific construction. With a background in civil engineering and athletics, Rod developed proprietary specs for court foundations, drainage paths, and post-tensioned slabs.

Today, he leads every project personally — from quote to post-install walkthrough.
