This project in The Woodlands, TX features a full-service pickleball court installation over 3,600 sq ft. Scope includes site prep with form boards, #3 rebar, and minor leveling, followed by a 4” thick concrete slab (3,500 PSI, 60 CY) finished with a broom sweep. After a 30-day cure, the surface is pressure washed, patched, and coated with two layers of acrylic resurfacer and two coats of fortified acrylic color. We painted two regulation pickleball courts with full game lines and installed net posts and nets. Designed for durability, performance, and high-traffic recreational use.-Under Construction
